Our Choices Programs

The NLCC offers a variety of programs under its Choices initiative, aimed at addressing issues like social housing, educational attainment, employability and entrepreneurship.These programs are designed to be holistic and proactive, focusing on personal development and the transition to adulthood.

Our Community Programs

Educational Support:

NLCC provides additional preparatory support and guidance to help young people cope with real-life challenges as they move from dependency towards independence. This involves raising their aspirations and attainment levels and enhancing their ability to deal with uncertainty and change.

Employability and Skills

Training: NLCC works to improve employment and work readiness skills, providing job and career opportunities that help young adults understand the dynamic nature of the workplace and the essential skills required for adaptability.

Strategic Partnerships:

NLCC collaborates with schools, colleges, universities, businesses, and other youth organizations to deliver innovative programs that promote emotional well-being, educational aspirations, employability skills, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
